Baltic business promotion event held in Athens
The business promotion event DISCOVER THE BALTICS was held in Athens on October 17, organized by the Embassies of the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Latvia, and the Republic of Estonia, in cooperation with Enterprise Greece andf SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises.
The event brought together about 100 guests including Greek and Baltic officials, member companies of the SEV, business people who already do or are interested in doing business with or in the Baltics.
Presentations on business environment of Lithuania and prospects for closer cooperation between Greece and Lithuania were delivered by visiting Lithuanian vice-minister of Economy Marius Skuodis and country’s ambassador in Greece Rolandas Kačinskas.
While in Athens, Lithuanian Vice-minister of Economy Marius Skuodis also met with Alternate Minister of Economy and Development of the Hellenic Republic Mr Stergios Pitsiorlas, Secretary General of the Ministry of Tourism Mr George Tziallas, Chairman and CEO of Enterprise Greece Gregoris Stergioulis, Executive Vice-Chairman of SEV Konstantinos Bitsios, Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry member Mr Nikolaos Vasiliou, and others.
