Document Collection
Documents issued at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Greece (consular certificates, extracts, identity documents, and other documents) may be collected in person at the embassy, or they may be sent via a courier service.
How to receive documents via a courier service
To receive a document by courier, the recipient must personally contact a courier service of their choice and order the service for collecting the document from the embassy and delivering it.

What to do after ordering a courier
After ordering a courier service to collect the document, you must inform the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Greece by email at kons.gr@urm.lt or by phone at +30 210 7294357.
Note regarding sending a passport and an identity card by courier
If you have ordered (1) a passport and an identity card (ID card) with electronic identification and qualified electronic signature certificates, or (2) only an ID card with electronic identification and qualified electronic signature certificates, please note that you will need to order a courier twice.
- First shipment: the identity card will be sent to you. After receiving it, you must email the embassy a scanned copy of the Notification of Receipt of Document form, which will be enclosed in the envelope together with your document. Once this form is received, your ID card will be activated. You will then be able to order the second courier shipment.
- Second shipment: the passport and/or the envelope containing the PIN code for activating the electronic certificates of the card will be sent to you. After receiving them, you must again email the embassy a scanned copy of the Notification of Receipt of Document form enclosed with your documents. Once this form is received, the validity of the passport and/or the card’s electronic certificates will be activated.
In other cases, documents may be sent in a single shipment.
