Lithuania and Poland celebrate the Anniversary of the Constitution of May 3, 1791. Join us, take a quiz and win prizes!

To mark the important occasion of the 230th anniversary of the Constitution of 3 May of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Mutual Pledge, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland and the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Athens are offering an opportunity to the residents of Greece to check their knowledge of history and to win  one of the 3 flight tickets  from Athens to Warsaw and Vilnius or many other gifts offered by the Embassies.

The adoption of the Constitution of 3 May 1791 was a milestone not only in the statehood of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth but also in history, constitutional law and international relations. It is widely considered to be the first modern constitution in Europe and one of the world’s greatest documents of freedom.
